Are all your products raw?
No, we have separate menus for our baked goods and raw desserts. We like having options :) both types are equally healthy and yummy!

What do you mean by 'raw'?
This means that the desserts are not baked. The ingredients used are in their natural state and are not handled in temperatures over 40°C. You can check out our raw menu here.

So you don't use refined sugar, what sugar do you actually use?
We use a range of natural healthy alternatives to white refined sugar such as unrefined raw cane sugar, raw coconut sugar and raw agave nectar. Starting to get why we're called Rawfully Good Cake? ;)

But what about the chocolate and the jam you use, surely they have refined sugar in them?
Nope! None at all because we've specifically sourced vegan friendly chocolate that is made with no refined sugar whatsoever. As for the jam, we make it from scratch ourselves! So there is seriously no guilt to be had with our products!

Are your products 100% gluten free?
We use naturally gluten free ingredients, however as this is a home run business, the kitchen does handle products containing gluten. We try our best to avoid cross contamination by using separate equipment for Rawfully Good Cake products and by using the kitchen at separate times for business and personal use.

Are your products suitable for those with coeliac disease?
The ingredients we use are naturally gluten free and do not state of any traces of gluten in them and the gluten free flours we use are certified gluten free so our ingredients are coeliac friendly. However, as this is a home run business, the kitchen does handle products containing gluten. We try our best to avoid cross contamination by using separate equipment for Rawfully Good Cake products and by using the kitchen at separate times for business and personal use. How do I place an order and what is the payment process?
Just visit our contact page and let us know exactly what you want and when you want it! You can do this via email or phone. We will either send you a confirmation email detailing how to proceed with your order or give you a call followed by a confirmation text. Payment will be in the form of an initial deposit transfer to secure your order, followed by another transfer prior to collection or delivery. There is also the option of paying in full which will be explained in the confirmation email or text along with all the other details.

How much notice do you need for orders?
We will need a at least a week's notice.

How much do you charge for collection?
It's free to collect!

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the West Midlands area only, excluding Coventry.

How much do you charge for delivery?
This will depend on how far you live from our premises. Delivery charge prices start from £10.

How long do your sweet treats last?
Usually around 3 days. We advise to keep them in the fridge because of the frosting/glazing. The cookies last up to a week and do not need to be stored in the fridge. It is best to store all types of these treats in an airtight container.

How long do your celebration cakes last?
This depends on the size and the decoration, on average around 3 days. We advise to keep these cakes in the fridge because of the frosting. Ideally in an airtight container if you have one that fits our big cakes!

How long do your raw desserts last?
Around 3 days. These must be kept in the fridge, ideally in an airtight container. Or you can freeze them to last even longer.
